SEVERE WEATHER UPDATE

Attention Customers: Due to the abnormally heavy snow fall, our trucks will be a bit behind schedule today and, depending on your service location, may not be able to collect your cans/bins as scheduled. As always, we have our customers at the forefront of our minds and are working around the clock to be sure that your service continues seamlessly. However, rest assured that if the snow does affect your service, the interruption will be brief and we will do everything we can to ensure that you are not inconvenienced. If your cans are missed, please call the office and we will schedule a pick up for the next possible pick-up day. 

Please see this winter weather policy for more information about the action we take in these circumstances and feel free to call us with any questions or concerns (or strap on some snow shoes and come on down to the office). 

In light of this storm, we wish all of our customers safe travels and congratulate everyone who wished for a white Christmas! Dreams DO come true!
